About
I help women quiet anxiety, build confidence, set boundaries, and put themselves first.
Chronically worried, on edge, hard on yourself, and maybe anxious about feeling anxious. You've already tried to push through on your own, and it isn't doing the trick.
What if you could wake up rested and ready for the day? What if you were your own biggest cheerleader instead of your worst critic? What if you trusted yourself to cope when anxiety shows up, and felt some confidence and ease? By deciding to look for help, you're already on your way there.
My approach
My style is warm and direct. I'll listen deeply, and I'll be active and engaged in our work, offering real skills and gentle honesty.
You'll learn tools you can start using right away when anxiety spikes. Alongside that, we'll explore what might be underneath the worry and the harsh inner voice. I believe you are the expert on yourself. My job is to listen closely and walk beside you as a steady guide.
Why women
So much of what gets labeled anxiety or self-doubt grows in a real context. Women are so often the ones holding the relationships, the schedules, the emotional weight, and the quiet expectation to keep everyone else okay. You learn early to read the room, anticipate what people need, and smooth things over, and then wonder why you feel stretched thin and never quite enough.
I work specifically with women because those pressures are real, and because what you're feeling makes sense in light of them. This isn't about figuring out what's wrong with you. It's about making sense of what you're carrying, and helping you set some of it down.
